Returns & Exchanges

Our ultimate goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your PINK ROOSTER purchase. We want our customers HAPPY!

 

If at any time and for any reason, you do not feel that your purchase has lived up to your expectations simply return it for an exchange or a refund. 

 

Please indicate your reason for returning the item(s) on the packing slip you received with your purchase. Package the item(s) and the packing slip securely and affix the SmartLabel® from your invoice/packing slip to the package. This label doesn't require any out-of-pocket money or additional insurance and can be dropped into the U.S. Mail at home, your office or any local Post Office. 

The purchase price of the merchandise will be credited back to your original method of payment. We will deduct a return postage fee of $7 when the SmartLabel® is used. For large items we will deduct a return postage fee of $15. In the case of an exchange for the same item (exchanging for different size, color, etc.) shipping fees will not be charged. Exchanges for different items will have shipping fees applied.
